odbc connection still unresolve
Hello, Hope you’re doing well. Following the instructions shared in Pennylane, I’m trying to connect the server to excel; however when trying to connect I receive the message in the screenshot below, would you know what’s the issue? do I need to request a special access to Pennylane or my accountant? I also tried to connect from POWERBI, below screenshot of the issue: Thank you, MV

Thank you Yannick! As a customer from the Finance department, is it recommended I have this access or should I request the “Plan Comptable” to our accountants? Also, if I need to request the access, who should I request it to? Thank you. MV

Thank you for the support. This is the view I have and I dont see the same options, does it mean I’m missing the accounting module? If yes, how can I activate it? Thank you. MV

Chart of accounts
Hello, Hope you’re doing well. It’s my first week using Pennylane and I haven’t found how to retrieve the chart of accounts that the system is using, can you please share how to retrieve it or where it can be found in Pennylane? As far as I’m aware I have acces to Management and Accounting section. Thank you in advance for your support, Magaly V.
