Hello,
Hope you’re doing well.
It’s my first week using Pennylane and I haven’t found how to retrieve the chart of accounts that the system is using, can you please share how to retrieve it or where it can be found in Pennylane? As far as I’m aware I have acces to Management and Accounting section.

Thank you Yannick! As a customer from the Finance department, is it recommended I have this access or should I request the “Plan Comptable” to our accountants? Also, if I need to request the access, who should I request it to?

If you want to access to the Chart of Accountant, you have to change your Pennylane subscription plan. You can directly contact our team with the button Aide & Support > Nous contacter 😊
