Following the instructions shared in Pennylane, I’m trying to connect the server to excel; however when trying to connect I receive the message in the screenshot below, would you know what’s the issue?

To provide more details, I have also errors when trying to connect from POWERBI, below screenshot of the issue, do I need to request a special access to Pennylane or my accountant?
