    I understand your problem. As a specific issue, I recommend you to contact the support team on Pennylane, by clicking on the button “Aide & Support” > “Nous contacter”. Thus, the support team can help you and resolve this 😊

To provide more details, I have also errors when trying to connect from POWERBI, below screenshot of the issue, do I need to request a special access to Pennylane or my accountant?
