Première noteRecherche Expert-Comptable INDÉPENDANT (Solo) – SARL Para-hôtellerie – Anglais
I run a small SARL in Para-hôtellerie with 1–2 seasonal employees. I use Pennylane and want to work directly with ONE independent, solo Expert-Comptable (no teams, no junior staff, no corporate firms) who speaks English.
I am currently using a firm that I’m unhappy with, and believe I have reason to break contract, but would need help with that.
I also need some help with advice on family business tax and transferring capital to shares.
I believe I am organised and easy to work with.

Your search matches my practice quite closely: I run Hayot Expertise, an independent accounting firm in Paris (8th arrondissement), and I work strictly solo. You would deal directly with me, a chartered accountant (expert-comptable) and statutory auditor, with no juniors or account managers in between. I work with English-speaking clients on a daily basis and my clients' books run on Pennylane.
Changing accountants is a standard, regulated process in France: the incoming accountant formally notifies the outgoing firm, and your right to choose your advisor is free. I can explain how that works in your situation.
Regarding the family business tax questions and the transfer of capital into shares, these deserve a proper review of your documents before any advice, and can be scoped as part of the engagement.
