If I understand, you paid to have your company name instead of “Pennylane” and it doesn’t work ?

It's the opposite. Pennylane didn't pay for this option, hence Pennylane is doing a direct debit on our bank accounts with the branded GoCardless transfer label.

Sorry, but I disagree with this moving the conversation elsewhere. The support center should prioritize public communications over private ones. We can’t be the only customers who would benefit from this to be fixed.

Idem @Olivier Tassinari : PL devrait prendre cette option (qui ne coûte rien) afin qu’on ne voit plus apparaître « GOCARDLESS » sur les prélèvements effectués par Pennylane.
